Preamble

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on the Rodis Store website www.rodis.store or any related domain operated by Rodis Store). By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms.

The customer refers to any individual placing an order on the website.

The website refers to Rodis Store’s online shop and any associated domains.

These Terms apply exclusively to all sales made through the website. Any other conditions are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing by Rodis Store.

Rodis Store reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.

2. Products

Rodis Store offers made-to-order print-on-demand apparel and accessories.

All products are produced individually after each order is placed. Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur.

Products are available while supplies last. Rodis Store does not guarantee permanent availability of any product.

3. Orders

The customer selects products and completes the ordering process online.

Once an order is confirmed, an automatic confirmation email is sent to the customer.

Rodis Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

suspected fraud or payment issues
incorrect or incomplete customer information
pricing or technical errors
stock or production limitations

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Production Model

All items are made-to-order using a print-on-demand system. Production begins only after payment confirmation.

This may result in slight differences between product previews and final delivered items.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination and are indicated in the Shipping Policy.

Rodis Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond its control.

Once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or delay transfers to the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers may benefit from a 14-day withdrawal right.

However, this right may not apply to made-to-order or personalized products.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

product is damaged
manufacturing defect
incorrect item received

Requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the Return Policy and include clear supporting evidence (e.g. photos).

8. Refunds & Replacements

Approved claims may result in:

product replacement
partial refund
full refund (in eligible cases)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

10. Liability

Rodis Store is not responsible for:

indirect or consequential damages
delivery delays caused by carriers or customs
incorrect use of products by the customer
errors due to inaccurate customer information

In all cases, liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

11. Force Majeure

Rodis Store shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions, customs delays, or technical failures.

12. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting Rodis Store.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (including text, images, designs, and branding) is the exclusive property of Rodis Store and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If no resolution is found, the competent courts will be those of the defendant’s place of residence or the place of delivery.
